This Privacy Policy describes how Roeh Technologies Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ChurchyMoji™ mobile application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you join our waitlist or create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in through a third-party provider (such as Apple or Google), we receive limited profile information from that provider.

Usage and analytics. We collect events about how you use the app — pages viewed, Chmojis sent, packs opened — to understand engagement and improve the product. This may include device type, OS version, language, and approximate region.

Payment information. Payments on the web are processed by Stripe; in-app purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. We do not store full card numbers. We receive a transaction record and subscription status.

Communications. If you email us or submit a form, we keep that message and your contact details to respond.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process subscriptions and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, account changes) and, with your consent, occasional product updates.
• To measure performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with vendors who operate the Service on our behalf — including Supabase (auth, database, storage), Stripe (web payments), RevenueCat (mobile subscriptions), and analytics providers — under contracts that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.

4. Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@churchymoji.com.

5. GDPR rights (EEA / UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Our lawful bases include consent, contract performance, and our legitimate interests in operating the Service securely.

6. CCPA rights (California)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

8. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

ChurchyMoji is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us to remove information collected in error.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries with different data protection laws. We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, when material, notify you in the app or by email.
