Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChurchyMoji™ mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Roeh Technologies Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.

2. License to the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Chmojis™, Chmoji Packs™, and content

All Chmojis™, Chmoji Packs™, artwork, animations, audio, trademarks, and other content provided through the Service ("ChurchyMoji Content") are owned by Roeh Technologies Inc. or its licensors. You may use ChurchyMoji Content only inside the Service and to send reactions in personal conversations and social posts. You may not resell, repackage, train AI models on, or redistribute ChurchyMoji Content without our written permission.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Premium features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Web payments are processed by Stripe; in-app subscriptions are managed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time through your app store account or the web billing portal. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to harass others; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass security; (c) misrepresent affiliation with ChurchyMoji or any church; (d) use the Service to publish hateful or unlawful content.

6. User content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (for example, a contact message). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roeh Technologies Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or US $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roeh Technologies Inc. from any claim arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
